LAFAYETTE – For the third consecutive year in its eight-year history, the Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Foundation (RCAF) eclipsed the $2 million mark in Annual Fund donations for the 2016 Fiscal Year and is closing in on an all-time record, officials announced on Tuesday.
With 10 weeks remaining in the year, the RCAF has received $2.016 million in donations from nearly 2,200 donors in 2016 – closing in on the all-time record of $2.166 million that was raised in 2015 along with $2.165 million raised in 2014.
"On behalf of the RCAF Board of Directors I want to say thank you to all of the members of RCAF who helped get us to this point," RCAF Chairman Robert Daigle said.
