JONESBORO, Ark. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball team fell to Arkansas State 14-2 on Friday night at Tomlinson Stadium.
Starter Nick Lee was tagged with his third loss of the year for the Ragin' Cajuns (11-15, 2-6 SBC) as he gave up eight runs (six earned) on a career-high 10 hits with three walks and three strikeouts in 6.0 innings.
Nate Alberius claimed the victory for the Red Wolves (11-12, 3-5 SBC) tossing a complete game while limiting Louisiana to two runs on seven hits with seven strikeouts.
Arkansas State outhit Louisiana 14-7 in the game.
