The weekend proved to be another disappointing one for St. Louis Rams fans. A 24-14 loss to the Indianapolis Colts put the Rams in an 0-3 hole heading into the final week of the preseason. Now, let’s be clear, the preseason means absolutely nothing in terms the teams record. In 2008 the Detroit Lions would finish the preseason 4-0, only to produce the sports only 0-16 regular season. Even the 2007 New England Patriots, that would finish the regular season 16-0, had a very pedestrian preseason finishing at 2-2.
