Hosting the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football was a litmus test for the Los Angeles Rams. This was an opportunity for LA to show they are capable of competing amongst the best of the NFC conference, that they deserved to be in the driver’s seat of the NFC West divisional race and mentioned as a key player in the NFC playoff picture.
The Rams failed this measuring stick and fell flat at home against the Eagles. Playoffs may not be more than a pipedream at this point.
