Back in April, the Los Angeles Rams expressed interest in former Baylor star KD Cannon after setting up a private workout with the wideout, but the team would end up passing on him once the 2017 NFL Draft officially got underway. As fate would have it, Cannon ended up signing with the Rams on Friday to add another young wideout to the roster, which brings up the discussion of whether he has a chance to earn one of those 53 spots for the regular season.
Believe it or not, Los Angeles will be Cannon’s third team in such a short period of time (drafted by the New York Jets and was briefly a member of the San Francisco 49ers), and if all goes well, the Rams will hopefully be the final stop for the wideout.
