The contract situation between the Los Angeles Rams and quarterback Matthew Stafford has been almost a rain cloud over what would otherwise have been an exciting OTAs. Coming off of a playoff appearance, the Rams will be looking to build off of that, but instead, one of the main topics of discussion has been Stafford’s contract.
