After taking home Rookie of the Year honors in 2015, expectations were high for Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley heading into his sophomore season. In fact, may believed Gurley was talented enough to be in consideration for taking home this year’s rushing title, but that’s obviously not going to happen when seeing how much he and the rest of the offense have struggled.
Thursday’s 24-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks was just another example of how much of a disappointment this year has been for Gurley and the Rams after the running back was held to just 38 rushing yards on 14 carries.
