Everyone loves the offseason moves that come with free agency, salary cap cuts and trades every year in the NFL. Especially well-known quarterbacks. But with less than three weeks to go before the draft, the top QB moves are Brian Hoyer to San Francisco and Mike Glennon to Chicago.

OK, let’s not forget the Cleveland trade with Houston for Brock Osweiler. Then again, Browns executive Sashi Brown began his statement on the move by stating how exciting it was to pick up a second-round draft pick (in 2018) in the deal.
