Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Chris Shula has his work cut out for him in 2024. LA’s defensive unit exceeded expectations last season relative to their talent and experience level. They’ve added more young talent in addition to several veterans that figure to play key roles, and the Rams will attempt to thread the needle in this transition on a world after Aaron Donald’s retirement.
But Donald isn’t the only loss LA’s defense suffered this offseason. Former coordinator—and now head coach of the Atlanta Falcons—could also prove to be a significant loss for the Rams.
