ST. LOUIS • The new stadium task force is holding a fan rally on Thursday just before the St. Louis Rams play the Kansas City Chiefs.
According to a statement released on Wednesday, task force co-leaders Dave Peacock and Bob Blitz will address and thank fans “for their ongoing support” of the effort to build a $998 million riverfront football stadium — and perhaps keep the National Football League in St. Louis.
St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay will also speak.
The rally is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. in the Missouri Athletic Club parking lot at the corner of North Broadway and Lucas Avenue downtown.
