The Cleveland Browns are signing cornerback Troy Hill, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Hill had a breakout season for the Los Angeles Rams in 2020, starting all 16 games for the first time in his six-year career. He had three interceptions and three defensive touchdowns for the NFL's top-ranked defense.
In a Week 12 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, Hill returned a fumble recovery 20 yards for a touchdown. The following week, he intercepted a pass from Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and took it 35 yards for a score.
