The LA Rams do not have much money to spend in the 2020 NFL Free Agency market. So the team must be prudent, and a bit stingy, to get the most bang for the buck. Of course, that runs counter to the intentions of NFL veteran players who enter the same marketplace. Players want the most money, and the longest-term contract possible.
But as oftentimes happens in the free market, there are the have’s and the have not’s. Some players land incredibly lucrative contracts. Other players do not generate much interest and scramble to find a team willing to afford them a chance to earn a roster spot.
