It is almost as hard to get drafted in the first round as a linebacker these days as it to be a day one pick at running back, but Jamin Davis overcame the odds when the Washington Commanders picked him 19th overall in 2021. However, three years into his career Davis was so underwhelming as a middle linebacker that the team has since moved him into an edge rusher role under new head coach Dan Quinn. Unfortunately, that move could also be the nail in the coffin for Davis’s career in Washington, so should the Rams pick up the phone and see what day three pick swap it would take to bring Davis to L.
