Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher made it official Wednesday that the team will retain Rob Boras as its offensive coordinator.
The Rams' official Twitter account confirmed the news, as Boras remains in the fold to provide continuity and hopefully revive an offense that finished 29th in scoring last season.
An inability to light up the scoreboard, particularly due to a lackluster quarterback situation, has held the franchise back in recent years. If Boras is given a solid signal-caller to complement star running back Todd Gurley, he should have success in his first full year calling plays.
