As if Los Angeles Rams’ General Manager Les Snead didn’t already have an incredibly busy and active week, there was more maneuvering done behind the scenes than just the three trades he executed. Reportedly, Snead offered cornerback Marcus Peters to the Cleveland Browns in the hopes of securing the services of offensive guard Joel Bitonio, but the Browns declined:
Peters was originally drafted by General Manager John Dorsey, who is now the GM with the Browns, though he passed up on the chance to reunite with Peters.
