KANSAS CITY • The clock strikes triple zeroes, you’re on the wrong end of the scoreboard and just like that you’re into the offseason. Such is the nature of NFL postseason football. And even after all these years in the game, Kansas City coach Andy Reid says it still takes some getting used to.
“There’s just a finalization to it that hits you right between the eyes,” he said. “I don’t want to get away from the fact that the guys and the team had a good year. The organization had a good year. But at the same time, we’ve gotta take care of business and improve as we go forward here and learn from this.
