LOS ANGELES -- Anthony Lynn, the former Bills offensive coordinator and interim coach, is scheduled for a second interview with the Los Angeles Rams before the end of the week. But Sean McVay, the 30-year-old Redskins offensive coordinator who took part in his second interview on Wednesday, remains the favorite for the vacant head-coaching job, a source told ESPN.
The question is whether the Rams will pull the trigger on McVay before even sitting down with Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan.
Shanahan was considered a front-runner for the opening at the start of the process.
