Cam Akers’ first year in the NFL came to a close following their 32-18 loss to the Packers this past Saturday. The regular season started rough for the 2020 second-round pick, but he caught fire in the final weeks and blew up all the same in the Rams’ two postseason games.
When the regular season ended, he had taken 145 carries for 625 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also chipped in 124 yards through the air on 11 receptions and another score. Against both the Seahawks and Packers in the playoffs, Akers rushed for another 221 yards and two touchdowns with another 51 receiving yards.
