One of my favorite things about the offseason, specifically once things get kicked off with rookie minicamps, OTAs, etc., are the moments when the rookies and other young players get their chance to stand out.
According to to Bleacher Report’s Brent Sobleski, that player for the Rams thus far has been rookie linebacker Ernest Jones.
Despite not being the most-heralded defender at his position in this year’s draft, he’s turning heads the best way he knows how.
“Ernest Jones may be only 21 years old, but he’s quickly taking charge of the Los Angeles Rams defense when he’s on the field,” says Sobleski.
