The Rams tendered offensive lineman Coleman Shelton earlier this past month as an exclusive rights free agent. On Wednesday, the former undrafted player out of Washington officially put pen to paper and will be returning to the Rams for a shot at competing for the starting center gig now that Austin Blythe has moved on and signed with the Chiefs.
Before landing with the Rams, Shelton spent time with the 49ers and Cardinals before landing in Los Angeles. He’s appeared in 26 games over the past two seasons, playing mainly on special teams units.
