The Los Angeles Rams officially placed WR Bradley Marquez on injured reserve after passing through waivers unclaimed on Tuesday.
Marquez, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.575 million contract with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Tech back in 2015. He’s managed to make the 53-man roster in each of his two years in the NFL.
Marquez stands to make a base salary of $615,000 for the 2017 season before becoming a restricted free agent next year.
The Rams waived him with an injury designation on Monday.
In 2016, Marquez appeared in 14 games and caught three passes for 37 yards receiving and no touchdowns for the Rams.
