Defensive tackles Michael Brockers and Aaron Donald combined to stuff Seattle's Marshawn Lynch on a fourth-and-one from the St. Louis 41 in overtime, allowing the host Rams to come away with a 34-31 victory over the two-time defending NFC champions Sunday afternoon at the Edward Jones Dome.
At the start of overtime, Seattle attempted an onside kick that was covered by Rams' rookie free agent wideout Bradley Marquez at the Seattle 49. After throwing a flag for an illegal fair catch, officials ruled the ball was kicked directly in the air, so Marquez was OK to raise his hand.
