Rams Struggle Offensively, Fall to Patriots 26-10

The Patriots’ offense got going early, taking the lead on the first drive. After gaining a few first downs to move into Los Angeles territory, New England elected to go for it on 4th-and-1. Running back LeGarrette Blount bounced a handoff to the outside on the right and rumbled 43 yards down the sideline to pay dirt.

The 7-0 lead held through the first quarter, but the home team scored again off a Rams turnover early in the second.

On 3rd-and-7 from the Los Angeles 32, Rams quarterback Jared Goff fired a pass over the middle to tight end Lance Kendricks.
