The Los Angeles Rams add versatile Trojan running back Justin Davis as an undrafted free agent.
Before his high-ankle sprain in 2016, Davis was the most elusive halfback in the nation. He forced 24 missed tackles on 73 rushing attempts before the injury in Week 6.
Davis’s 4.97 yards after contact per attempt were also the second-best in the nation at the time before injury.
Davis rushed for 2,079 yards in three seasons at USC, with 1,235 of those coming after contact and 80 missed tackles.
The Trojans targeted Davis 64 times as well and he caught over 70 percent of them adding 20 more missed tackles, bringing his total missed tackles in three seasons to 100.
