Mike Rodak and Adam Caplan of ESPN are reporting that the Rams have signed Bills restricted free agent C Ryan Groy a two-year offer sheet.
This means that the Bills now have just five days to decide whether or not to match Los Angeles’ offer sheet to Groy.
Last week, Caplan reported that Groy was drawing interest from “at least” four teams right and some of them believe he could start for them.
The Bills used an original-round tender on him that will cost them $1.797 million for the 2017 season and give them the right of first refusal for any offer sheet he receives from another team during free agency.
