The Rams have signed Bills restricted free agent center Ryan Groy to a two-year offer sheet. Buffalo now has five days to decide to either match the offer, or let Groy sign with Los Angeles.
Groy first entered the league as an undrafted free agent with Chicago in 2014. Because Buffalo placed an original-round tender on Groy, the club will not receive any compensation should it elect not to match the contract.
The center started seven games in 2016 for the Bills, filling in for the injured Eric Wood. In those seven games, Buffalo rushed for 1,235 yards — an average of 176.
