The first day of October marks the kickoff of the National Football League’s “A Crucial Catch: Annual Screening Saves Lives,” campaign to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year, the St. Louis Rams celebrated that day with breast cancer survivors and women undergoing treatment and hosted a “Look Good Feel Better” inspired event at Rams Park.
“October is about awareness and what the league is doing is powerful,” said Kevin Demoff, Rams chief operating officer & executive vice president of football operations. “One of the amazing things about the power of the NFL is so many people join the fight against breast cancer.
