EARTHT CITY, Mo. -- Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke added another big piece to his extensive list of real estate holdings on Tuesday.
Kroenke, who is in the process of developing nearly 300 acres in Inglewood, California, including the Rams' future home, agreed to purchase the W.T. Waggoner Estate Ranch in Texas on Tuesday, according to Bloomberg Business.
The actual cost of the ranch is unknown but the 520,000 acre estate was listed for a whopping price of $725 million. The ranch had been on the market since 2014.
The bounty within the ranch, which is the largest in the United States within one fence, includes 6,800 cattle, 500 quarter horses, 1,000 oil wells, 30,000 acres of cropland and other wildlife.
