In his second season, Rams running back Tre Mason has already experienced life in the NFL from a variety of angles.
A third-round draft pick following a record-setting career at Auburn, Mason came on strong a year ago after being inactive the first four weeks of the season to lead the Rams in rushing with 765 yards and tying for the team lead with five touchdowns.
This year, after sitting out the season-opener against Seattle with a sore hamstring, the 5-foot-8, 207-pound Mason has been limited to 49 yards on 20 carries and three catches for 19 yards.
