The Los Angeles Rams waived interior offensive lineman Jamil Demby on Wednesday, per Kevin Modesti of Los Angeles Daily News. In a corresponding roster move the team signed familiar face, Jeremiah Kolone.
Rams announced two moves with backup offensive linemen. They signed Jeremiah Kolone (on 2020 practice squad) and waived Jamil Demby (6th round pick in 2018).

Demby was drafted by the Rams in the 6th round of the 2018 draft after playing college football at the University of Maine. He was also cut during his first training camp with LA and spent most of the year with the Detroit Lions.
