The Los Angeles Rams have been attempting to land rookie cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly this season, but for the second time in the last month their waiver wire claim was usurped by another team. The Washington Commanders, L.A.’s opponent this week, were awarded Kelly on waivers after he was released by the Green Bay Packers. The Rams previously tried to claim Kelly after he was released by the Seattle Seahawks. It has been a whirlwind first year for Kelly, who was originally drafted in the fifth round by the Baltimore Ravens.
