Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher was forced to answer why he called two New England Patriots running backs by the wrong names – and he didn’t do a very good job.
In a Wednesday conference call with the Patriots’ media outlets, Fisher was asked about the three-headed rushing attack of the Patriots, consisting of LeGarrette Blount, James White and Dion Lewis.
In his answer, Fisher talked about Blount, but also mentioned “Brandon” and “Danny” in his response.
“Brandon” is of course Brandon Bolden, who plays on special teams and has just four touches this season.
