Rams head coach Sean McVay said on Monday that this won’t be the week for linebacker Micah Kiser or safety Taylor Rapp to come off of injured reserve. Both are recovering from knee injuries and LA will hope to have them ready by the time the playoffs start in January.
Kiser was leading the team in tackles prior to his injury in Week 11 against the Buccaneers. Rapp had 44 tackles, one interception, three passes defensed and one forced fumble when he was injured in Week 10 against the Seahawks. Kiser would be able to slot back in as a starting inside linebacker, while Rapp was usually get 10-20 snaps on defense when Jordan Fuller was healthy, as he is now.
