The LA Rams escaped Week 1 in relatively great shape and on Wednesday, defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Days (knee) was the only player to miss practice because of injury; Aaron Donald, Andrew Whitworth, and Terrell Lewis had rest days.
Well, now no Rams were held out because of injury, as Joseph-Day returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday.
Though LA got terrible news on Cam Akers in July when they learned he’d be out for the year, then Raymond Calais and Xavier Jones also got bad news about their seasons, the Rams have to be grateful for the shape they’re in headed to Week 2’s contest against the Indianapolis Colts.
