According to Troy Renck, the Rams have “serious interest” in free agent CB Kayvon Webster and could be a good landing spot.
Renck adds that Webster’s teammates believe he could be a starter for some team.
There’s an obvious connection to the Rams now that they’ve hired DC Wade Phillips as their new defensive coordinator.
Webster, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He has played out his four- year, $2,745,800 contract and is now in position to test the open market as an unrestricted free agent next month.
