Per Justin Melo of The Draft Wire, the Rams have met with former Michigan State defensive tackle Raequan Williams. You can definitely tell it’s been fairly recent given that the meeting was specifically noted to have taken place over FaceTime, one of the more popular platforms for video calls.
With the recent news of Michael Brockers returning to L.A., it’s now less likely they commit an early pick to the defensive line but Williams would still be a high-upside pick on day three. The Chicago, Illinois-native started the final 42 games of his career at nose tackle which was longest streak for any player under former Head Coach Mike Dantonio.
