LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Rams are serious in their pursuit of 30-year-old offensive coordinator Sean McVay.
McVay was called in for a second interview with the Rams on Wednesday, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. McVay, who turns 31 on Jan. 24, would be the youngest head coach in NFL history if he gets the job. The Redskins' offensive coordinator has already been credited with the ascension of quarterback Kirk Cousins and reportedly wowed the Rams in an initial meeting last week.
