THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. • Another season is slipping away from the Rams, and Jeff Fisher knows he must shoulder the blame.
The coach also hopes everyone remembers the extra burdens the Rams (4-7) are carrying through their homecoming year in Los Angeles, which they have retruned to after spending 21 seasons in St. Louis.
Fisher on Monday described the upcoming week as "bounce-back time," after the Rams returned from a 49-21 thrashing Sunday in New Orleans.
"I'm disappointed with the record, but I don't think anybody really knows what we've been going through," Fisher said.
