ST. LOUIS -- Some fought back tears. Others couldn't even get words out of their mouth before the emotion of the moment caught up to them. Some were even downright eloquent.

Most of the approximately 1,500 Rams fans that showed up at the Peabody Opera House on Tuesday night came dressed in plenty of Rams gear with the added accessory of hearts worn directly on their sleeves.
