The Los Angeles Rams traded two first round picks for Jalen Ramsey — you know, a while ago — and as it turns out, the second of those picks will be 25th overall in the upcoming draft. Last year, the Jacksonville Jaguars chose K’Lavon Chaisson with the 20th pick.
It doesn’t really matter what Chaisson did as a rookie for a number of reasons, but in case you were curious about the type of value that is certainly available in that range, Chaisson wasn’t valuable last season.
As it turns out, Ramsey cost LA picks 20 and 25, which is a high price for any player but nothing like what the Houston Texans ended up sacrificing for Laremy Tunsil.
