The NFL had targeted Tuesday, July 28, as the start date for all teams to bring in their full rosters ... but that will not happen in Thousand Oaks for the LA Rams.
The Athletic reported on Thursday that the Rams have decided to delay the start of training camp and have yet to set a new date.
The Rams initially believed they would report to camp on July 28, but that date has changed and a new report date has yet to be determined.

There is a chance that the NFL could still allow teams to start Tuesday, however.
