There was a lot to discuss with season-ticket holders, so Los Angeles Rams COO Kevin Demoff wrote a letter to them following the end of the 2016 season.

As we celebrate the New Year, I want to thank you for joining us on our historic journey in 2016. While the performance on the field did not live up to your standards or our expectations, our organization has been humbled by your overwhelming support during the past twelve months.
Since the announcement of the Rams return to Los Angeles nearly one year ago, you have welcomed us back home and created a lifetime of memories for our players, coaches and staff.
