Los Angeles Rams right guard Jamon Brown said Thursday that his two-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy stems from marijuana being found in his car during a traffic stop.
Brown did not say when the incident happened, but the Orange County Register, citing a public records search, reported that Brown was arrested in the Louisville area in February of 2017. The records, which didn't include the disposition of the case, list suspicion of speeding, careless driving, driving under the influence, marijuana possession and drug-paraphernalia possession as the reasons for the arrest.
