It was a little dicey at the end, but a different St Louis Rams team showed up in the second half. Big props to Rams RB Todd Gurley who after rushing for almost no yards in the first half, exploded for a total of 140 rushing yards and 2 TDs. Gurley’s offensive production ignited the defense who sacked Lions QB Stafford 3 times and kept him on the run the rest of the game.
In the first half the Rams caught a break off a bad call by the officials which prevented what could have been a Lions TD.
