PFF grades & notes from Rams’ preseason finale

The 2024 NFL preseason is now in the books for the Los Angeles Rams. They closed their third and final exhibition game on Saturday against the Houston Texans, falling just short 15-17.

The biggest news from this game is who didn’t have to play, as that suggests they are safe from cutdowns as the Rams trim their roster down to the final 53. Tyler Johnson, Jaylen McCollough, Josh Wallace, Charles Woods all were held out versus Houston while Xavier Smith, Tre Tomlinson, Cam McCutcheon and others were all active.

For those that were on the field, what do the Pro Football Focus (PFF) grades and metrics suggest about their performance?
