There’s no such thing as an ugly win in the NFL. While the Los Angeles Rams were unable to string much offensive production together over the first half, Matthew Stafford and the passing game came alive in the final two quarters. A stingy performance by the defense held the New Orleans Saints to just 14 points.
It surely wasn’t pretty, but the Rams are 6-6 and just one game behind the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West divisional race. Three of their last five games will come against division foes, and the most important games have yet to be played.
