The writing was on the wall for weeks that he would leave, but Bobby Brown III has officially parted with the Los Angeles Rams and is signing with the Carolina Panthers. The former third round pick, who recently criticized the Rams for how they used him, got a three-year deal worth up to $27 million.
It’s a lot of money for a player who many Rams fans probably forgot was on the team.
At a base value of $21 million, Brown is getting $7 million per year despite not recording a single full sack in his four-year career.
