Despite a rough start that resulted in special teams allowing the opening kickoff returned for a touchdown, fans couldn’t have asked for a better ending to the Los Angeles Rams 28-24 win over the Dallas Cowboys in the preseason opener.
The Rams played their first game in Los Angeles in 22 years last Saturdays and just like most preseason games, there seemed to be just as many positives as negatives to take away from the matchup against the Cowboys. Not only does the first-team offense have plenty of areas to improve on, but the defense even looked shaky at times in the first half.
