ST. LOUIS • The National Football League and its owners are not responding to multiple requests for information, are refusing to swear to certain facts, and are hiding information that exists, local attorneys alleged in a hearing here on Monday in the largest lawsuit regarding the St. Louis Rams’ departure to Los Angeles.
But Bengals owner Mike Brown said soon after the vote — in a story still on the team website — that he agreed with the move, calling Kroenke’s plan “an exciting project for the league.”
Benjamin J. Razi, a Washington-based attorney representing the league and its owners, argued that the defendants had turned over everything asked of them.
