New 2nd round 2019 NFL Mock Draft from Mocking the Draft helps show why Los Angeles Rams were in good position to trade down

While the Los Angeles Rams traded back to serve up a third consecutive year without a first-round pick, they added a third-round pick at little expense to give them four picks on Day 2.
